The brief

Coordination businesses are genuinely hard to describe. The service is that complexity becomes somebody else's problem, and that is a benefit rather than a deliverable - so a feature list actively undersells it.

SL Connect also serves four quite different client types, and a corporate travel manager, a sports team manager and an international event organiser do not recognise themselves in the same copy.

What we built

The homepage leads on the promise rather than the mechanics - we handle the details, you enjoy the results - because that is what is actually being bought. The operational specifics follow underneath for the reader who wants them.

A dedicated "Who we work with" section lets each client type find themselves quickly, rather than forcing everyone through generic copy that fits nobody exactly.

WhatsApp sits alongside the standard enquiry route. For a coordination business where a client is often mid-arrangement and needs a fast answer, that is the channel they will actually reach for.

Design notes

The identity runs on a warm, muted palette with a serif and sans pairing - closer to hospitality than to corporate logistics. It positions the business as a considered partner rather than a freight operator, which matches who they are selling to.
